Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
SAVE THE DATE! Get your favorite fleece and flannel pj’s ready for the 10th annual Polar Express Pajama Party, sponsored by the Kingsford Park Home and School Association. Cost is only $5 per ticket pre-sale (through 11/30). Day of sales are $7 each so get your tickets pre-sale.
At 5:30pm, participants begin in the OHS Cafe, where they can visit with Santa, create an ornament craft, listen to The Polar Express read by an elf, and eat. Pizza slices will be sold for $2 per slice, bottled water $1 each.
Then, at 6:45pm, the party moves to the Ralph M. Faust theatre, where kids can count down to the start of the movie at 7pm.
Tickets will be available SOON at The Rivers End Bookstore. Proceeds from this fundraiser benefit high school senior in scholarships.
