The 2014 Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics in the Central Region and Southern Tier, May 27 –June 4. Summer Games are at University of Buffalo on June 5-7, 2014. USA Games are the following week, June 14-21 in Princeton, NJ.
Law Enforcement Torch Run shirts are available for purchase and everyone participating is asked to show their unity for the cause buy purchasing and wearing a 2014 Torch Run shirt or hat. Shirts will arrive to the Special Olympics office by Monday, May 19th for distribution--see order form.

WHAT IS LETR? The Law Enforcement Torch Run® for Special Olympics is the movement's largest grass-roots fundraiser and public awareness vehicle, At its most basic level the Torch Run is an actual running event, in which officers and athletes run the Flame of Hope™ to the Opening Ceremonies of local Special Olympics competitions and State and National Games. Annually, more than 85,000 dedicated, compassionate and volunteer law enforcement officers participate in the torch run throughout 35 nations, 12 Canadian provinces and 50 US states, raising more than $46 Million USD for local Special Olympics programsand more than $461 Million since its inception in 1981.
