Write a commentConnie Marie Sheltra, 67, a resident of the town of Oswego, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at the Oswego Hospital.
Connie was born in Oswego, the daughter of the late Theron Engle and Betty Jean (Gardenier) Engle. She was a life resident.
She was a graduate of Oswego High School.
Connie was a kind and caring woman who loved Hallmark movies, horses, and especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Talamo of Oswego; her son, Jeffrey Sheltra of Oswego; two grandsons, Joshua Talamo and Christian Talamo, both of Oswego; four sisters, Bonnie (Tom) Marino of Oswego, Debbie (Don) Phillips of Oswego, Nancy (Robert) Logan of Texas, and Lisa (John) Patterson of Oklahoma; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her fiancé, Gerald Davis, who died in 2009.
Services will be private. There are no calling hours.
