DESCRIPTION:\nArty Day Camp Registration Opens!\nRegistrations are open for CNY Arts Ce
 nter’s 5th annual Arty Day Camp running July 11-August 19 from 9am to 4pm a
 t two locations. The six week program for 6-16 year olds will offer visual 
 and culinary arts at the downtown Art Shop and Studio, at 47 S. First St in
  Fulton. Theatre camp will be held onstage at the Arts Center located at 11
  River Glen Dr. on the Cayuga College Fulton campus. New this year Arty Cam
 p is offering early drop off at 7:30 am and late pick-up at 5pm for an extr
 a fee.  Free lunch and afternoon group art projects from noon to 2pm will b
 e open to any child in the county.\nStudents receive morning instruction, f
 rom 9am to noon, studying a variety of art mediums. “3D Altered Art,” Upcyc
 ling,\nallows students to take the ordinary and make something extraordinar
 y as they create works of art. “Imitating the Masters” will highlight a dif
 ferent Art Master each day.  After learning about the Master children will 
 create art inspired by that Art Master. Paper Pizazz students will make the
 ir own paper to create art. Students in Travel the World will discover then
  create inspired art from other cultures.  “Medium This, Medium that” will 
 expose children to various mediums used in art.   ARTy-D2's Star Wars Art w
 ill tap into the force to experience entertaining art. “From Written Word t
 o Inspired Art” students will create art based on famous books and movies, 
 three of which come to theatres this summer. Animal Art will be inspired by
  the various creatures and the wonderful patterns found in the animal kingd
 om.\nPopular Culinary classes are scheduled for Tuesdays from 10am to noon.
  Themes for edible art will reflect morning class themes and students will 
 take home their culinary projects each week. Culinary classes are included 
 for any child attending the week long session, or is available as a stand-a
 lone class for a separate fee.  \nLate afternoon specialized art instructio
