DESCRIPTION:<p>Philip Gray will be coming to Oswego, Friday January 31, at 6:00 to hold
  a presentation focusing on the rights (under Canon Law) of Catholic parish
 ioners during parish reconfiguration. There will be about an hour-long pres
 entation explaining the process and educating the local Faithful on how the
 y can remain respectfully and rightfully involved. He will also speak on wa
 ys to strengthen and constructively support the Catholic faith and mission 
 during this time and ways to encourage spiritual nourishment. He will then 
 engage in an open forum for a question/answer session.</p><p>Please do not 
 miss out on the opportunity to be educated by one of the greatest Canon Law
 yers in the United States. We are incredibly blessed that he is able to com
 e all the way to Oswego at this time.</p><p>This is a FREE event</p><p>Phil
 ip C.L. Gray, J.C.L. President and Canon Lawyer A lifelong Catholic, dedica
 ted husband and father, and successful business entrepreneur, Philip Gray j
 oined the staff of The St. Joseph Foundation in 1996 as a private consultan
 t in canon law. His educational background in Canon Law, Theology, Mental H
 ealth and Human Services, and Philosophy, has given him a strong basis for 
 his work within the Foundation. Philip has taught as an adjunct faculty mem
 ber of Franciscan University of Steubenville since 1998. He previously serv
 ed as the Vice President of Catholics United for the Faith, and ran its Inf
 ormation Services and Membership Services programs. Under his care, the Inf
 ormation Services program answers an average of 800 questions/month, and wa
 s considered one of the most robust apologetics and Catholic information se
 rvices in North America. In January 2002, he launched a full-time private c
 anon law practice, Professional Canonical Services. He joined the Board of 
 Directors in 2010 and became president of The St. Joseph Foundation in Janu
 ary 2014. With the affiliation of Catholics United for the Faith (CUF) to T
 he St. Joseph Foundation in February 2017, Philip became President of CUF a
