DESCRIPTION:\nRice Creek's Canal Forest Restoration Project is hosting a free bare-root
  tree seedling giveaway this October! Seedlings are approximately 8-12" tal
 l.\nGiveaways will be Friday, Oct 27 from 4:30–7 pm, and Saturday, Oct 28 f
 rom 10 am – 1 pm (while supplies last).\nIndividuals can take home as many 
 trees as they can plant. Species include white oak (Quercus alba), swamp wh
 ite oak (Q. bicolor), and tupelo (Nyssa sylvatica). Some white pine (Pinus 
 strobus) may also be available. These lovely native trees thrive in a varie
