 ed in the Clarion Inn, 70 E. First St., Oswego. Admission is free for the p
 resentation, which is open to the public.\nDuring ‘History on Tap,’ DeMass 
 and Stone present updates on initiatives celebrating Dr. Mary Edwards Walke
 r, including the recent re-dedication of Fort A.P. Hill as Fort Walker and 
 the upcoming quarter release from the U.S. Mint.\nFrom Oswego, N.Y., Dr. Ma
 ry Edwards Walker is the first and, so far, only female recipient of the Co
 ngressional Medal of Honor. The medal was awarded to her by President Andre
 w Johnson in 1866 for her service during the Civil War. She treated the wou
 nded from both sides on active battlefields, the sick in hospitals and civi
 lians in their homes. In addition to her wartime service, Walker was an out
