 our own art journal. All new attendees receive their own blank mixed-media 
 journal to start. Various supplies are available, but attendees are also we
 lcome to bring their own. There's a new writing prompt and technique to try
  each month, or do you own thing.\nWhat is art journaling? Well, as the nam
 e implies, it's journaling... with art. Maybe it's words and images, maybe 
 just images. The first rule, the only rule, of Art Journaling at Ainsworth 
 Memorial is there are no rules.\nArt journaling gives you an opportunity to
  express, process, record, and create, in whatever way you choose or feel i
 n the moment, with no pressure to perform or strive for your best. It’s per
 mission to say what you want, and freedom to create and experiment without 
 concern for what others may think.\nMaybe you'll create your journal with a
