DESCRIPTION:\nCome learn the basics of drawing! This four-session 4-H Sparks Club will 
 explore contour drawing, shading, and texture after creating a sketchbook m
 ade from recycled items. Open to Oswego County youth in third grade or high
 er.\nThis series is open to eight youth in third grade and up. Registration
  closes on Sunday, April 7th. If the youth is not currently enrolled in the
  Oswego County 4-H Program, an adult must attend the first session on April
