composting from the director of the Cornell Waste Management Institute in S
oil and Crop Sciences, Jean Bonhotal.\nVermicomposting is a composting proc
ess that relies on worms turning food waste into nutrient-rich organic fert
ilizer. Jean will go into detail regarding her work and experience with com
posting, which exceeds 25 years. Each family that participates will receive
a 5-gallon bucket, red worms, and bedding to begin their own bucket compos
ting at home. Registration is required for this program as space is limited
