 cession will start at 6:30 am at the intersection of East Bridge and East 4
 th Street, traveling west on Bridge Street to West Second Street, ending by
  passing the Oswego Police Department Headquarters. This Sunrise Silent Pro
 cession features emergency vehicles from area fire departments, law enforce
 ment, and emergency medical service agencies. Members of the public should 
 line the South sidewalk of the bridge.\nThe 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony will 
 start at 8:30 am at the Oswego Fire Department Headquarters, located at 35 
 East Cayuga Street, City of Oswego.\nMembers of the public are invited and 
 encouraged to attend both the Sunrise Silent Procession and Remembrance Cer
 emony. A reception following the ceremony will be held at the John D. Murra
 y Firefighters Museum, located behind Oswego Fire Department Headquarters.\
