 alists be your guides to exploring the fields, forests, and wetlands of Ric
 e Creek Field Station. With March's variable weather, we'll explore what we
  find on the landscape, including signs of lingering winter like animal tra
 cks, early signs of spring like emerging wildflowers, and animals active ye
 ar-round like resident birds. Walks last approximately one hour and travers
 e fairly flat terrain. Please dress for tick protection. Sturdy, waterproof
  shoes or boots are recommended.</p><p>The topic, duration, and terrain lev
 el can all be customized to the group's needs and interests. Families with 
 young children are encouraged to join -- our naturalists, current and retir
 ed school teachers, are skilled at engaging and inspiring young people in n
