where invasive species have been removed as part of a multi-year restoratio
n initiative being led by the St. Lawrence Eastern Lake Ontario Partnership
for Regional Invasive Species Management (SLELO PRISM) and The Nature Cons
ervancy.\nNote that this site requires a 1-mile walk through sandy conditio
ns, which will take approximately 30 minutes in each direction. Plantings w
ill occur within the dunes and riparian areas of Deer Creek.\nRegistration
is required to attend; no experience is needed, and tools and guidance will
