  Arts October 15th at 12 Noon-November 5th. The cost of the classes is $40.
 00 for the four week session. The classes will be one hour long. The classe
 s are appropriate for Adult Beginners. Please, wear comfortable clothing an
 d sneakers. \nRandie is a Retired Physical Therapist Assistant and 37 year 
 Practitioner of Yang Style T'ai Chi. The classes will be slow and relaxed w
 hich will help the student to become aware of their Balance and Center of G
 ravity. All moves will be thoroughly explained from a Physical Therapy as w
