  Arts November 12 at 12 Noon- December 3. The cost of the classes is $40.00
  for the four week session. The classes will be one hour long. The classes 
 are appropriate for Adult Beginners. Please, wear comfortable clothing and 
 sneakers.\nRandie is a Retired Physical Therapist Assistant and 37 year Pra
 ctitioner of Yang Style T'ai Chi. The classes will be slow and relaxed whic
 h will help the student to become aware of their Balance and Center of Grav
 ity. All moves will be thoroughly explained from a Physical Therapy as well
