more than 30 years of experience in education and is a certified New York
State Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) trainer.\nDuring the session, Bay
ne will provide a clear overview of the Dignity for All Students Act and ex
plain how schools identify, respond to, and work to prevent bullying and ha
rassment among students. The discussion will also help families better unde
rstand how behaviors are defined under New York State law and what steps sc
hools take when concerns about student mistreatment are reported.\nParticip
ants will learn about the reporting process, the supports available to stud
ents, and the range of interventions schools use to promote respectful beha
