 is&nbsp;round-table event designed to connect local farmers with chefs, res
 taurant owners and independent grocers from across Oswego County.</p><p>The
  event will take place April 27, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the CCE O
 swego office in Mexico.</p><p>Attendees will hear directly from a panel of 
 restaurant and grocery store buyers about ordering requirements, packaging 
 and delivery expectations, and the opportunities and constraints relevant t
 o working with local producers. A structured open dialogue session will fol
 low, giving farmers the chance to ask questions and to share their own need
