DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Oswego County 4-H Spring Clinic will be held May 30th at Harmony R
 ider’s Association,104 Shetler Rd PO Box 527 Parish, NY, 13131. The day wil
 l be filled with expert clinicians in all fields of the equestrian industry
 . Whether you are a beginner rider or an experienced one, there will be cla
 sses for you to help you improve your own skills. Do not miss this wonderfu
 l opportunity to learn and expand your horse knowledge.\nAll registrations 
 with money are due at the office by May 20th and will be accepted first com
 e, first served. REGISTER EARLY! Horses can be trailered at the event. The 
 cost for Saturday is $10.00 per 4-H member. Chaperones do not pay. Each you
 th needs a designated chaperone on site during the day. More details, risk 
 forms, permission slips and workshop sign-ups will be sent out following re
 gistration. If you have questions, please call Nathaniel English, 4-H Anima
 l Science Educator, at 315-963-7286 ext. 402.\nAll horses must have a negat
 ive coggins and rabies certificate available on site. Horses must be vaccin
 ated for rabies at least 14 days before the clinic (no later than May 16th)
 . Your current ownership papers must be on file at the 4-H office. Current 
 rider evaluations are also required. If you do not have a current evaluatio
 n on file at the 4-H office, or are changing your riding level or horse, ev
 aluations will be done Saturday morning of the event.\nLunch will not be pr
