DESCRIPTION:<p>New York Sea Grant will launch SHORE, a local government network for New
  York's Great Lakes Communities. SHORE stands for Supporting Hubs for Outre
 ach and Resilience Exchange. Learn how the network will provide practical a
 nd technical support to New York's Great Lakes region municipalities facing
  flooding, shoreline change, and water resource challenges. For municipal o
 fficials and staff, board members, and county staff including, but not limi
 ted to, code enforcement, planning, emergency management, and highway and p
 ublic works personnel. Speakers on timely state and regional initiatives an
