 rk's Great Lakes Communities. SHORE stands for Supporting Hubs for Outreach
  and Resilience Exchange. Learn how the network will provide practical and 
 technical support to New York's Great Lakes region municipalities facing fl
 ooding, shoreline change, and water resource challenges. For municipal offi
 cials and staff, board members, and county staff including, but not limited
  to, code enforcement, planning, emergency management, and highway and publ
