 rts are held on Thursday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.</p><p>“We hav

 es at Veteran’s Park along the Oswego River this year,” said Mayor Billy Ba
 rlow. “We have created a lineup with some new bands to Oswego, while showca
 sing some of our best local artists, setting up one of our best series line
