The Independence Day Parade is quickly approaching, and so are the fireworks.

As Oswego prepares for the parade, which begins at 1 p.m. at Liberty Street and ends at East Seventh Street, the fireworks are also being highly anticipated by the community.

The fireworks will be shot off from West Pier at 9 p.m., allowing spectators to pick from a vast amount of options to watch the fireworks.

Krysten Sarkissian, I Heart Oswego's photography intern, captured photos of spots where spectators can get a fantastic and clear view of the fireworks. Click on the image gallery below to find out where this year's hottest spots are.
