Stop by the lowest floor at the Oswego Public Library now through July 6 to see an art display of Trinity Catholic School fourth-grade Hudson River Valley Drawings.
Fourth-graders spent quite some time in their classrooms this past year learning about New York State. The study was brought to the art room through an exploration of the Hudson River Valley School of Painters. Students were each assigned a different artist to research in the computer lab and were required to find a painting by that artist to recreate. These drawings were created using soft pastel.
