We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.

Martha Willmore is a Certified Dietary Consultant through Donsbach University, School of Nutrition and International Institute of Natural Health Sciences, Inc.She is also a Nutritional Symptomatologist, certified through The Institute of Contemporary Nutrition and Health.
Further studies include training through the American Academy of Nutrition and the Medical Training Institute of America.
She is the Administrator of “The Institute of Optimal Lifestyle Wellness”, a health academy in the Niagara Peninsula in Ontario.
She operates a Wellness Consultant Business called “The Better Living Centre” and has counseled people on nutrition and preventative health care for over two decades.
She and her husband, Ivan, operate a Wellness Business in Fort Erie from which they distribute vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other health care products.
Martha has lectured extensively across Canada and the United States with a focus on how to experience a better level of wellness through lifestyle, diet, food supplements and herbs. Her focus is on functional wellness and cellular & molecular tissue wellness.
Martha works part-time as the Wellness Coach at a holistic Niagara Falls Chiropractic Clinic.
She is the author of over 100 published health articles, and the mother of two grown children, and one grandchild.
