Oswego County Associate Public Health Educator Diane Oldenburg (center) received the Hermann M. Biggs Medal and Certificate recognizing her achievements in public health during the 2026 New York State Public Health Partnership Conference in April. Presented by Sarah Ravenhall, executive director of New York State Association of county Health Officials (left), and Alyssa Arlen, director of patient services, Washington County Public Health and Nursing Service (right), the honor highlights her work in elevating the quality of public health. Throughout her nearly 35-year career, Oldenburg has consistently championed meaningful programs for the benefit of countless Oswego County residents.
