Notice of Public Hearing on Thursday, September 24th, 2026—
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Public Hearings will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Common Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, located at 141 South First Street, Fulton, New York, relative to the following:
Amendment of the Water Base Rates
Amendment of the Sanitation Rates
Amendment of the Refuse and Garbage Rates
The purpose of these hearings is to provide all citizens and interested organizations an opportunity to present their written or oral comments regarding the proposed budgets and/or amendments to the City Code.
Anyone wishing to be heard on the proposals may do so at that time.
