Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
CCE Oswego is currently accepting registrations for its 4-H Shooting Sports Program. If you know a girl or boy aged 12 to 19 who is interested learning more about archery, rifles, or shooting sports in general, please contact our office now to sign them up!
A Shooting Sports Sampler, covering shotgun, muzzleloading, and air pistol, will be held on Wednesday nights beginning April 27th from 6-8 p.m. at the Leatherstocking Fish and Game Club in New Haven on State Route 104, for 5 weeks.
All courses will end with a field day held in early June. There is a fee of $30 to cover the cost of materials and eye and ear protection. Parental or guardian permission is mandatory.
Please note: The Oswego County 4-H Shooting Sports Program is not a hunter safety education program.
