Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Madrigal Dinner
Join us for an evening of medieval food, medieval music, and medieval improvisational comedy theater! This special event, hosted by Faith United Church and the Society for Creative Anachronism’s Barony of Delftwood, will be on Saturday May 14 at 6PM.
Dinner will include soup, salad, chicken with roast vegetables, blancmange (almond rice), and dessert. It will be accompanied by song, instrumental music, and a comedic play featuring characters such as the lovers, the know-it-all doctor, the money-loving businessman, the brave captain whose bravado is more than is feats, and of course, the zany servants.
All this fun and excitement can be yours for the low price of $25.00!
The Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) educational organization dedicated to research into, and recreation of pre-seventeenth century Europe.
