We are excited to announce the date for our upcoming 2016 Awards & Honors Ceremony to be held at the Church of the Resurrection, 120 West 5th Street in Oswego.
Please join us for an awards ceremony for all Girl Scouts in the Oswego/Mexico Service Unit.
We will be recognizing our Girl Scouts who have earned their Bronze and Silver Awards this season as well as those who have earned the Summit Award in their age level. Summit Awards are earned by girls who complete each of the three journeys as they progress through the ranks.
Girls who are bridging to the next rank in Girl Scouting will be recognized as they cross our special footbridge.
In addition to recognizing the girls for their achievments we will also be recognizing our volunteers and leaders for their time and commitments in the areas of Outstanding Leader, Outstanding Volunteer, and our Troop Angel award.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm and end at approximately 7:00pm. There will be a cookies and punch reception afterward in the Great Hall.
