Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
The 2nd Annual "OutRun Autism 5K" Walk/Run is planned for April 1, 2017. Great location, scenic route, positive atmosphere, and delicious breakfast! Join us once again as a runner, walker, or supporter for this amanzing community event!
Spread the word to others and join us to kick off Autism Awareness Month with a brisk 5k run through Oswego's East side, scenic Fort Ontario area. The 2nd annual "OutRun Autism" 5k will benefit the Oswego County Autism Task Force who provides Autism Awareness and creates possibilities for those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder in Oswego County.
The 5k run/walk will kick off at 8:30 a.m. in front of the Press Box on East First Street in Oswego with awards to follow.
All runners looking to celebrate the cause post-race or supporters looking to cheer on runners can stay warm in the Press Box and enjoy the "Breakfast of Autism Champions" (from 9am - 11 am for additional cost paid upon service to the Press Box) and proceeds will be donated to the event as well!
