IRISH MUSICAL PERFORMANCE TO BE
FEATURED AT HIBERNIANS APRIL 22

Tom O'Carroll, a humorist and folksinger from Ireland, will perform at the Oswego Hibernian hall, 22 Munn Street, at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 22.

With Tom will be his wife Debbie, who will perform an Irish magic show, which she has done for families across the country as well.

Dublin-born, Tom O'Carroll has been singing the songs and playing the tunes of his native Ireland for over 30 years.  He brings a wealth of stories, wit and history to his performances.  He has played at festivals, concerts, libraries and pubs all over the U.S. and Canada, as well as his native Ireland, including a stint for one month in Seoul, South Korea.

“Whether playing a plaintive air on the tin whistle or singing and playing rousing traditional songs to the accompaniment of a guitar or the bodhran (Irish drum), Tom will captivate all with his lively program of Irish culture,” said a spokesperson for the group.  The public is invited and there will be no cover charge.
