We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Compass Credit Union in Oswego is holding its sixth-annual Charity Golf Outing on May 26th at the Battle Island Golf Course in Fulton. All money raised from the outing will be donated to Oswego Little League, the Oswego Youth Soccer Association and the Buc Boosters.
The golf outing has a four-person, captain-and-crew format. The cost is $60/person for Compass members and sponsors and $70/person for guest players. Registration begins at 7:45 a.m., with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. The price includes a golf cart and greens fees, prizes for closest to the pin and closest to the line, and a steak dinner after golf. Play skins for an additional $20 per team. There will also be raffles and a 3-putt contest. Entrants will also receive a Compass Credit Union umbrella.
Anyone interested in signing up a team can download a registration form at www.compassfcu.com. You can also contact Compass Manager Tom O’Toole at 342-7895. Sponsorship opportunities, such as tee signs and contest prizes, are also available.
The Battle Island Gold Course is located at 2150 NY RT-48 in Fulton.
