Each day will consist of two (2) ice sessions, an off ice workout, and a lecture. On-Ice sessions will be 75 minutes in the morning, and 90 minutes in the afternoon. Off-Ice workouts will focus on techniques and drills players can utilize throughout their season and at home with an emphasis on acceleration and quickness drills, as well as game and practice preparation. Lectures will focus on various conceptual portions of the sport as well as leadership and practice habits. Camp staff will include current Oswego State coaches and players, as well as former players.
