Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."

Bishop’s Commons in Oswego will host the next in a series of gardening classes led by Cornell Cooperative Extension Certified Master Gardener Bonnie Amedio.
In the upcoming class, Amedio will offer tips on how to treat sick foliage and how to take care of houseplants during these summer months with a special focus on insect or pest control. She will also share her tips on caring for orchids and African violets and other varieties that can be difficult to maintain.
“Digging It With Bonnie – Gardening Tips from a Master Gardener” will take place at Bishop’s Commons, located at 4 Burkle Street in Oswego on Tuesday, August 15 beginning at 6:00 p.m.
The class is free of charge and open to the public. To reserve your spot in the class please call Bishop’s Commons at 315-349-0799. Those attending are also welcome to bring along smaller plants as some gardening supplies will be available.
