Write a commentThe Art Association of Oswego is now accepting entries for the 18th Annual Lakeside Statewide Juried Art Exhibition. Entry in this exhibition is open to all artists 18 years of age and older, living or working in New York State over the last 2 years.
Acceptable media include: drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, printmaking, photography, ceramics, digital media and all fine craft. The purpose of the exhibition is to offer a diverse cross-section of artwork currently being produced in New York State.
The juror for this year's exhibition will be Bradley Butler. Mr. Butler is the Gallery Director of Main Street Arts in Clifton Springs, NY. He is also a teacher and an accomplished painter and with an impressive exhibition record. He holds an undergraduate degree in Art Education from Nazareth College in Rochester and a Master of Fine Arts Degree from RIT.
The email deadline for entries is Wednesday, February 18. The exhibition will run from Saturday March 28 through Sunday April 26. Over $1000 in prizes will be awarded.
