oswego players dinner theater

The cast of the upcoming Oswego Players’ production of Agatha Christie’s “Fiddlers Three” is busy learning lines and movement around the acting space in the Great Room of the Church of the Resurrection in preparation of the November dinner theater experience. Under the leadership of veteran director Inez Parker, “Fiddlers Three” will mark the tenth production of an Agatha Christie play by the Players.
Agatha Christie, 1890-1976, is the most widely read writer in the world, and the play “Fiddlers Three” was the last play she penned, bringing it to the stage in 1972. Since 1957, when the Players presented Christie’s “The Mousetrap” for the first time, Christie’s mysteries have been a staple of the Players’ repertoire. Parker has directed half of those productions for the Players. The cast for this year’s dinner theater production includes Beverly Murtha, Chris Bixler, Dale Bixler, Alex Silver, Matt Fleming, Anne Raynor, Kelly Mahan, Patrick Carmen, Natalie Griffin, Wayne Mosher and Jenn Snow. Don DelPriore will serve as stage manager.
“Fiddlers Three” will be performed at the Church of the Resurrection on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 10 and 11, with dinner served at 6:30 pm and the show at 7:30 pm. Reservations for the dinner and play can be made by calling the Players’ box office at 315-343-5138.

Location : Church of the Resurrection, West 5th and W Cayuga St., Oswego
