Potluck Lunch & Movie
Sunday, February 11, 2018, 12:00pm - 02:00pm

The First Universalist church in Central Square is resuming its potluck lunch and movie series with two Sunday events in the New Year. Events begin at 12 p.m. and will focus on the Social Justice Committee’s current theme of racial inequality. This event will feature “When Heritage Equals Hate,” an eye-opening review of original sources that reveal some of the roots and history of white supremacy in the U.S. Anyone is invited to bring a dish, watch the movie and share impressions towards a more connected and peaceful community. For more information, contact the church at www.centralsquareuu.org, events@centralsquareuu.org, or 315-307-3400. The First Universalist Society of Central Square is the only Unitarian-Universalist church in Oswego County and has been active in the community since 1906. We welcome people of all ethnicities, backgrounds, and beliefs, united in the causes of justice, peace and love.
