We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Looking for a new perspective on the winter snow? Paint a snowman at the Riverside Artisans next Art Party on Monday, January 22 and get a whole new outlook on winter. Participants at the party will paint Bonnie Sommers’ delightful winter scene Mr. Snowman. Bonnie is well known in the area for her lifelike and exquisitely detailed wildlife and bird paintings.
The event will take place from 7 to 9:30 p.m. in Oswego’s Canal Commons downstairs community room. Plenty of spaces are available for this event, the latest in the series of highly popular art parties presented by Riverside Artisans. .
The cost of the art party is $35. All materials: brushes, paints, canvases, aprons and easels will be provided. Participants need only to bring their own refreshments. $10 is due at the time of the reservation, and the remaining $35 is due the night of the event.
Gift certificates for Art Parties are now available at the Riverside Artisans. Give a certificate and the recipient can register for any of our upcoming Art Parties!
Reservations and gift certificates are available in the Riverside Artisan’s Canal Commons shop at 191 W. 1st St, in downtown Oswego. The Riverside Artisans store is open Monday - Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 a.m.and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
