We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
The “Haudenosaunee Wooden Stick Lacrosse Festival” and the “Randy Hall Memorial Master’s Tournament” will be taking place at Onondaga Lake Park September 29-30.
Onondaga Lake is the birthplace of Lacrosse or Deyhontsigwa’ehs (They Bump Hips), the Onondagan word for Lacrosse.
The Haudenosaunee Wooden Stick Lacrosse Festival will feature traditional wooden stick lacrosse makers like Alf Jacques of the Onondaga Nation, and a variety of arts and crafts vendors.
The Randy Hall Memorial Master’s Box Lacrosse Tournament will be held in honor of Randy Hall of the Akwesasne Mohawk Wolf Clan. His love of Lacrosse is the inspiration behind the Wooden Stick Lacrosse Festival so it is only fitting to hold a Masters Tournament in his honor. #laxweekend18
