Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
The Oswego High School will be hosting its annual Financial Aid Information Night for high school seniors planning to attend college and their parents this Thursday, January 9 at 7p.m. in the Oswego High School Ralph M. Faust Theatre.
Guest speaker will once again be Kathy Flaherty, an expert in college financial aid who will provide insight for students and parents who are considering community colleges as well as state and private four years schools.
She will present a very informative power point and attendees will be provided a folder filled with helpful hand-outs and updates.
As a follow-up, Flaherty and colleague Beth Flanigan will return to the high school Wednesday, February 5, 2014 to provide parents and students the opportunity to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on-line. Assistance will be available in the OHS Library anytime that evening from 5:30 to 7:00.
