Crystal Alchemy bowls are singing bowls composed of quartz crystal and infused with other elements of the earth to help align the chakras, clear energy, sooth and uplift. They are known to strengthen the immune system, prevent health problems and promote glowing vitality. During the session, you literally absorb the sound frequency and it helps the body to heal on a cellular level. Please arrive hydrated and remember to drink water upon completion.
