Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
The Oswego Alliance Church will be hosting a simulcast of the live Empowered to Connect Conference; we are happy to offer this practical teaching in order to better equip families, churches and professionals to better serve children who have dealt with trauma of some sort.
There is no cost to attend this event.
You are welcome to come join for as long each day as you are able, there will be light refreshments available and we will break for lunch each day. There are several restaurants near by or you may pack your own lunch.
Childcare will be provided on Saturday, when you rsvp, please let us know if you will need childcare and how many/ages of the children. We wiuld appreciate donations for our babysitters as they are youth from our church trying to fundraise for the Life Conference they are attending this summer in Orlando.
Professionals are able to earn continuing education credits by attending this event, more details to follow.
Foster parents are also able to earn training hours, more details to follow.
