Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."

Please join us in raising awareness to the epidemic of Domestic Violence and Abuse for our first annual Paddling in Purple Event!
In honor of DV Awareness Month, OE Founder, Guide and Survivor Jennifer Mays is encouraging advocates, educators and survivors of domestic violence and abuse to take their knowledge and experience to the waters of the Oswego River and Canal and break the silence and stigma of Domestic Violence!
Our only requirements for this event are you must wear a purple shirt and come with an open mind leaving all judgment on the shore.
Participants may use their own kayak or canoe or use one of ours. Cost per person is $25. A portion of proceeds raised will be donated to programming aimed to enrich and empower the lives of survivors and their children. Participants must register to participate. Please email Jenn at oswegoexpeditions@gmail.com, call or text 315-561-0223 or message here for additional information.
If you can not participate in this event please consider making it possible for someone who would benefit from this experience and opportunity.
If you would like to support or donate education or materials please reach out- It takes a village!
