Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Weight Loss & Surgery Support Group

The session consists of a short nutrition lesson, recipes and open discussion. The support group is open to patients of the Center for Weight Loss & Surgery at Oswego Health, family members, or anyone who has had weight loss surgery or those considering surgery.
Please wear a mask and try to maintain social distance of 6 feet whenever possible inside the conference room. Please do not attend if you are feeling ill.
Seminar will be held in lower level of the Oswego Health Services Center at Oswego Hospital - JPC Conference Room
