Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Oswego's Blessings in a Backpack program will hold a drive-through grocery giveaway beginning at 11 a.m. Aug. 15 at the Church of the Resurrection, corner of West Fifth and Cayuga streets. Volunteers will hand out one bag of food items per car for local families in need. The program -- which provides weekend meals and snacks to hungry schoolchildren during the school year -- received a large amount of donated food in recent months and will distribute the remaining bounty at this event. Cars should enter the church driveway from Cayuga Street, and those inside should wear masks.
