Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Explore, play, and learn this summer at Rice Creek! Exploring Nature is an educational program designed to encourage young people's curiosity about their world through science activities, games, and nature walks. We invite children and young adults ages 5 to 16 to experience our state-of-the-art science facility, 350-acre natural area, and 5 miles of trails skirting forests, fields, ponds, and streams. The program runs from 9 am to 2 pm, M-F, and participants can register for one or both weeks. The registration deadline is June 27, and registration costs $130-150 per week. Scholarships are available. More information is at https://www.oswego.edu/rice-creek/programs-and-events/exploring-nature.
