Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Come on down for some family fun!The Oswego Fire Department, Police Department, and the Oswego County Traffic Safety Board are joining forces to host this bicycle safety program!Ride your bikes to the Oswego Fire Department's east side station and take a cruise through the safety course! There will be several stations to ride through, learning how to stay safe on the road.
Thanks to our partners, (Official) Oswego Speedway and Chris Nelson State Farm Insurance we will be raffling off 3 new bicycles from Murdock's in Oswego. All children participating in the program will be entered in the drawing.
The Oswego County Traffic Safety Board will be on hand to distribute new bicycle helmets to any child in need FREE of charge!
The NYS Troopers will be bringing the rollover simulator, and the Oswego County Sheriff's will be there doing child ID's.
Move Along Inc. will be there with adaptive bikes!
Oswego Karate will be stopping by to so some demonstrations.
Tim Horton's will be supplying refreshments.
We expect Oswego Speedway drivers Tim Snyder and Camden Proud to be on hand with their cars on display.
Greg Callen, and MOVE ALONG INC. will be there to support the event as well.
This is shaping up to be a great community event!
