Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."

During this youth-friendly program, participants will explore the science of snow with simple experiments and crafts, and enjoy a snowshoe walk through the woodlands with an environmental educator. Snowshoes will be available for outdoor programs. Attendees are reminded to dress warmly and in layers. Outdoor footwear that can be strapped into a snowshoe should be worn -- sneakers and fashion boots with heels do not fit into the straps and will make walking difficult. If there is a scarcity of snow, attendees will enjoy a winter boot walk. The fees for these programs are only $4.00 per person up to $12.00 per family. Children under the age of 3 are free. Payment will be collected at the door in the form of cash or check only. Pre-registration is requested. More information and registration can be found at http://thatscooperativeextension.org/events. If you need assistance or more information, please contact Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County at 315-963-7286.
