4-H Cowabunga! Diary Discovery Program

Oswego County 4-H will be offering a three-session Cowabunga! Diary Discovery Program.

This program will be held from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays, starting on December 5th through December 19th. These sessions will be held at Believers Chapel North in Mexico.

Participants will learn through hands on activities about the breeds of dairy cattle, learn what products are made from and with dairy, and will learn how to make butter and ice cream. Session topics will include Dairy Cattle breeds, dairy product tasting, and how to make butter & ice cream.

The Oswego 4-H Cowabunga! Dairy Discovery program is open to youth ages 5-14 years old. The fee to participate in these three classes and enroll in Oswego County 4-H is only $15 per youth. Enrolled Oswego County 4-H members are free.
