Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Visiting Artist Talk with Lacey McKinney. Lacey McKinney lives and works in Central New York. Her work has been exhibited in various solo and duo exhibitions including at the Everson Museum of Art, Syracuse NY; Mana Contemporary, Jersey City, NJ; and The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her work has been shown at Pen & Brush, New York, NY; NARS Foundation, Brooklyn, NY; Novado Gallery, Jersey City, NJ; Urban Zen, New York, NY; and in Virginia, Washington, and throughout New York State. Her work can be found in numerous private collections and featured in publications including Huffington Post, ARTnews, Art Zealous, and Cultured Magazine, among others. Awarded artist residencies include McColl Center for Art + Innovation in Charlotte, North Carolina; Post Contemporary in Troy, New York; and Fremantle Arts Centre in Fremantle, Western Australia. She was awarded a New York Foundation for the Arts Keep NYS Creating grant in 2020. Free and open to the public.
